Origin
Peotor was an orangutan who was purposefully exposed to cosmic rays by the Red Ghost. This granted Peotor higher intelligence as well as magnetic and gravitational powers.
Creation
Peotor was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1963 and first appeared in Fantastic Four #13.
