Phil works for Sycamore Valley waste management as a garbage truck driver though he claims he was once a pirate in his youth. Phil is missing his left hand, which he claims was eaten by a whale along with his deckhand Mcentee.
Powers & Abilities
Phil is a master builder and inventor as well as a strong fighter.
