Origin
The Philistine was an archeologist obsessed with the Siege Perilous, a gateway to the multiverse. Once he found it, his fellow explorer started to document it in order to share with the university where they were employed. Not willing to share it with anyone, the archeologist killed his partner and walked through the gateway, transformed into The Philistine.

Major Story Arcs
The Hellfire Academy
A few months after his transformation, he had joined The Hellfire Academy under Kade Kilgore. He used the Siege Perilous to power the school while also testing the students worthiness against the mirror.
When the X-Men arrived to take the school down, The Philistine revealed Wilhelmina Kensington was the true queen of the mirror. The two of them would enter the gateway to parts unknown in the multiverse.
Powers & Abilities
Flight: The Philistine has a pair of wings sprouting from his back, the size of which he is able to change
- Razor: His wings are very sharp and can be used offensively as razors.
Energy Projection: Philistine is capable to emitting energy blasts
- Swords: He also has a pair of swords that he can charge with energy.
Teleportation: The Philistine is capable of warping space at seemingly large distances.
- Siege Perilous: With the Siege Perilous gateway, he is capable of traversing the multiverse
Telepathy: It is unforeseen if he has literal telepathy, however, he was capable of blocking Quentin Quire’s attempt to read his mind.
