Piper McLean

Background

Piper is half Native American, half god. Her father Tristan McLean is a famous movie star, and her mother is an Olympian goddess. Her Grandpa Tom used to tell her Native American stories, which she often relates to Greek mythology.

Powers

Charmspeak: Piper’s voice can persuade others to do her bidding. She first used it to steal cars or get out of trouble, and it used to be limited to people without magic resistance. Following the Lost Hero, however, her charmspeak has become more versatile and efficacious. Now she is capable of:

Probability Manipulation (limited): Piper once forced a giantess to miss with her knife

Reality Warping (limited): Gave a mechanical dragon sentience

Her most notable feat with charmspeak is defeating Gaea, the Greek representation of the Earth.

Paraphernalia

Katoptris: Piper has a knife called Katoptris, which she can use to see the past, present, and future. It should be noted, however, that she has very limited control over the blade.

Sword of the Boreads: Following Zethes’ defeat in the Mark of Athena, Piper picked up his sword, which gives her limited Cryokinesis, though she has not shown any degree of proficiency with the sword’s powers.
