Pitiful One

Origin 

A criminal, resentful of the resurrections of many others, including superheroes, the Pitiful one sought the means to resurrect himself. Venturing to supposed depths of hell itself, the Pitiful one found a bubbling clay source known as the Eau Du Profundis that could deliver him the means and ability to be resurrected. Returned to life, it was not a true resurrection, and along with four other now undead, Kraven, Mysterio, Miss America, and Anarchist, Pitiful One set about getting the attention of Dr Strange as to blackmail him into giving them life. The group are opposed and defeated by X-Statix member Dead Girl. 

Creation 

The Pitiful One is a Marvel comics character created by Peter Milligan, Nick Dragotta and Mike Allred. Pitiful One first appears in X-Statix Presents: Deadgirl #1.  
 

Powers and Abilities 

As he is undead, Pitiful One can not suffer conventional bodily, or physical harm. The Pitiful One has regenerative powers.
