Plague Spawn was the first Hellspawn in existence created by Malebolgia who had Violator create him. However he proved to be a force of nature and too powerful to be controlled so Malebolgia sealed him away. Centuries later Cogliostro unsealed him to get a sample of his power and Plague begins terrorizing the world.
