Pope Innocent VIII

Pope Innoent VIII is famous for having issued a Papal Bull to the Inquisitors to systemize the persecution of witches. However, he is remembered just as much for being the Pope who confirmed Tomas De Torquemada as the Grand Inquisitor of Spain in 1492. Innocent reigned over Holy Mother Church for almost eight years.
