Hired to alert the townsfolk of the upcoming Super-Duper Mammoth Circus, he erects posters around town. He meets Charlie McCarthy and tells him how great the circus will be. Upon hearing that Charlie has no money, the poster man tells Charlie to seek out the circus boss and ask for a job.
