Appearance
Power is a young woman with long strawberry-blonde hair. Because she is a Blood Fiend, she has two horns coming out of the top of her head. Her eyes are red and yellow that are in a cross pattern, and she has fangs. Her actual dress appearance is untidy and she wears a standard dress shirt, tie, and slacks. She also wears her jacket hanging almost halfway giving her a disordered look.
During Operation: Super-Smart, Power donned a pair of glasses and tied her hair back in a ponytail. If Power accumulates too much blood, her horns became larger and more curved, and she can sprout additional pairs of horns from her head.
In her Blood Devil form, she appears as a tall humanoid with four arms and a mostly white body. Her head has a pointed appearance with a dark color, sharp teeth, and two circular eyes with cross-like pupils; she has long ears in this form and long hair. Her chest has an open rib cage showing a chest cavity full of intestines up to her neck. Her arms have dark coloration from hand to elbow. She has three-fingered hands and large claws. Her legs have the same dark coloration from the mid-thigh down, ending in heel-like feet.
Personality
Power is childish, greedy, and almost entirely self-motivated. She tends to fight as if she has something to gain and is certain of her victory, as well as having no problems in running away from a fight where she is outmatched. She also feels the need to boast her superiority over her fellow Devil Hunters due to her status as a fiend. She has no loyalty to humanity, openly admitting that she will join the winning side. Power is often rude, unkempt, and feels as though those around her should clean up after her. Power is a compulsive habitual liar; after getting in trouble with Makima for killing a devil when she wasn’t supposed to, Power immediately blamed Denji and claimed he told her to kill it, and she blamed Denji for eating all of the emergency food that the team collected even while she had crumbs on her face. When accused of abandoning a fight because she was scared, Power falsely stated that she ran away merely because she was hungry.

When accused of abandoning a fight because she was scared, Power falsely stated that she ran away merely because she was hungry. She has no problem gossiping and talking about her friends behind their backs; sharing the secret of Aki’s shortened lifespan with the Angel Devil.
Power sees no difference between pork, beef, and human meat; being willing to eat all of them, even if the meat is disgusting zombie flesh. She hates vegetables, throwing them away when she finds them in her meal. Power is an insatiable glutton, eating all of the stored food that the team needed in order to survive the Eternity Devil’s trap and hoarding food for herself at Division 4’s newbie welcoming party. When asked by Aki about what reward she could want as part of their mission, Power stated that she desired to suck a human’s blood until they die. When promised Denji’s blood, Power became ecstatic at the prospect. Though she is extremely selfish, Power was able to experience compassion for the first time towards her pet, after previously only caring about the smell and taste of blood and the feeling of death when she was killing something. This prompted her to act for the sake of another being when her pet Meowy was kidnapped.
Relationships
Meowy
Despite initially wanting to eat him and taking care of him only so that he could be fattened up to provide a more delicious meal, Power cares deeply for her cat, Meowy. She was willing to sacrifice Denji’s life to save him from the Bat Devil. When she thought Meowy to be dead after being eaten by the Bat Devil she became despondent and empathized with Denji before allowing herself to be eaten.
Denji
Power and Denji initially had a rocky relationship, with Power being entirely willing to trick and sacrifice Denji to the Bat Devil for Meowy’s sake. However, after Denji saves Power and Meowy, they begin living together at Aki Hayakawa’s home and develop a more amicable relationship. They often bicker and become annoyed with one another, as well as cause trouble for Aki as a pair. Power eventually develops a strong affection for Denji, even going so far as to deny Makima’s wishes and put her own life on the line to keep him safe. Power considers Denji to be her very first friend, and so values him highly.
Aki
Power takes up residence at Aki’s home after she joins Public Safety. Aki frequently winds up being annoyed by Power, and she seems to enjoy needling him. Despite this, she does seem to care for Aki as time goes on. The two might be described as developing a similar relationship to a disgruntled elder brother and bratty little sister, with Power constantly causing trouble that Aki has to deal with.
Major Storyline
Intro arc
As Makima was telling Denji that she would pair him with someone to patrol together and do small-scale missions, Power showed up telling Denji to grovel before her and introducing herself. She asked him if he was her new partner, and noticing that she was female, Denji got excited to work with her.
Bat Devil arc
Denji and Power go patrolling on the rooftops with Power rapidly becoming bored and striking Denji on the head as she demands blood. Denji thinks to himself that Power is crazy and wonders how he will manage to touch her boobs. After a while, Denji ends up frustrated that there is no devil around and Power boasts that it is likely due to her history as being a fearsome devil that is scaring all the other devils away. Suddenly Power smells the scent of blood and races off across the rooftops in pursuit of battle with Denji following behind her. She leaps off of the roof and creates an enormous hammer made of her own blood which is released from her wrist. She slams it down onto a Sea Cucumber Devil which had a civilian devil hunter trapped in a nearby phone booth causing an explosion of blood that soaks her entire body. Power proudly proclaims that the glory is hers and laughs maniacally. Makima arrives at the scene and chastises Power for killing the Sea Cucumber Devil even though another devil hunter had already engaged it. She also chastises Denji for letting Power get out of control. After Makima calls her excitable and possibly unsuited for work as a devil hunter Power begins to freak out and accuses Denji of ordering her to kill the devil. Denji indignantly rejects her lies and the two argue back and forth until Makima asks them to be quiet.
Power and Denji go back to patrolling with Power staring at the contents of a vending machine and noticing a cat nearby. She tells Denji that she only gets along with cats and that she hates humans due to her instincts as a devil. She confesses that she hates devils too since one of them stole her pet Meowy from her and that she would do anything in order to get him back. Denji claims not to understand being able to go so far for just a cat but would understand it if he was trying to touch some boobs or help a dog. Power makes Denji an offer that if he gets Meowy back for her, she’ll let him touch her chest. Denji suddenly starts cursing the devil who kidnapped her cat and enthusiastically agrees to kill the devil for her. Denji gets permission for him and Power to go out on an outing and they take the tram. Power tells Denji that only he’ll be able to fight the devil as it’ll use Meowy as a hostage against her if it sees her. Denji looks at her skeptically but decides to go along with it after focusing on her chest. He tries empathizing with her by talking about Pochita and how that even if he is gone, Pochita is still inside him. Power rudely rebuffs his words saying that Pochita is just dead which annoys Denji.
Power leads Denji to the house where the devil is, but accidentally reveals that was the earlier story was just a cover. Denji catches on and tries to attack her but she knocks him out. Power drags Denji into the house and reveals that her intention was to bring a human to the Bat Devil in exchange for Meowy’s freedom. The Bat Devil picks up Denji and drains his blood to regenerate his arm. As Denji is dropped the floor, Power looks down on him and states that humans really are foolish since he was tricked by her. Power demands that the Bat Devil return Meowy to her but the Bat Devil complains about drinking Denji’s blood and finds it disgusting. As punishment towards Power, the Bat Devil eats Meowy. Power reminisces on how she met Meowy and she empathizes briefly with Denji losing Pochita before the Bat Devil picks her up and swallows her whole. The Bat Devil comments that she tastes disgusting before flying towards the city with Denji clinging to him, demanding the return of the boobs that were promised to him.
After Denji kills the Bat Devil, he saves Power and Meowy from his stomach. Power asks him why he went so far to rescue her even after she deceived him, and Denji makes a groping motion in the air. Power comments that his motives are foolish, but since Meowy lived, she’ll let him feel her chest. As he celebrates the Leech Devil attacks them while they are both weakened and eats Denji’s arm. Denji asks Power if she can move and she responds that she cannot, forcing Denji to fight though he is unable to fully transform due to a lack of blood. The Leech Devil indicates that she’d let Denji go, but when she states that she’ll kill Power and Meowy, Denji refuses to leave and leaps into battle. Power watches in shock at how far Denji would go just to touch a pair of breasts. She comments that his bloodthirsty and reckless way of fighting makes him look like a demon. Just as Denji is about to be defeated and eaten by the Leech Devil, Aki saves them by using his Fox Devil. Aki states that Denji and Power are to be debriefed and that Meowy will be taken to a veterinary hospital for a check-up.
Later Power shows up at Aki’s and Denji’s apartment and announces that she is living with them now on Makima’s orders, much to their dismay. Power proves to be a nightmare to live with as she is picky with her food, refuses to bathe, and refuses to flush the toilet. Just as Denji is cleaning the toilet for her, she shows up and offers to fulfill her promise to let Denji feel her boobs causing Denji to see her as being like an angel.
Power offers Denji three squeezes, in exchange for saving Meowy, killing the Bat Devil, and covering for her in front of Aki. Denji immediately accepts her offer and squeezes her breasts only to discover that Power is wearing breast pads that fall out. Power allows Denji to continue touching her real breasts which she responds to positively but Denji is left massively disappointed. Power eventually stops Denji after the third squeeze, seemingly embarrassed. She states that there is no reason for her to be a devil hunter since Meowy has been rescued but she’ll do Denji a favor and stick around since she still can’t get away from Makima. Power is selected as part of a six-man team to enter the Morino Hotel and track down the devil within which has also eaten a piece of the Gun Devil.
Eternity Devil arc
Power was part of the squad sent to deal with the Devil reported at the Morino Hotel, along with Denji, Aki, Himeno, Kobeni, and Arai. Upon arrival she and Denji weren’t taking the job seriously, asking to be handed the Gun Devil fragment because it “seems cool” and reacting belligerently when asked to be more proper on the job, but Aki calms them down with gum. Hearing Arai’s mistrust of her for being a fiend, she complains to which Aki responds that they have no right – she wonders if Aki is in a bad mood because of a prank she and Denji pulled that morning.
As the group headed inside, the Eternity Devil’s avatar appeared and Power eagerly went to kill it while Himeno held it in place with the Ghost Devil’s hand, Power declaring herself to having scared the devil so much it started floating. When Himeno mentions how knowing their abilities could help in teamwork, Power threatens Kobeni with a bloody knife, asking what she would do if she said she was going to kill her, whereupon Himeno strangles her with the Ghost Devil’s hand, which Power cant push off due to it being intangible. Himeno declares she can kill Power if she acts up, so Power agrees to behave. As the group discovers they’ve been trapped on the 8th floor by the Eternity Devil, she gets distracted and is talking with Denji about dinner, then laughs at Kobeni’s panic about the situation. After Denji wakes up from his nap, Himeno mentions Power is acting weird since she’s talking about winning the Nobel Prize so she can become Prime Minister and impose a 100% sales tax, to which Denji replies that this is normal behavior for her.
Once the Eternity Devil’s avatar offers a contract to let everyone go free in exchange for Denji, she’s willing to accept, but cant perform a contract due to being a fiend – she tries to strike a conversation with him normally, but he rejects her. While everyone is considering their options, she sneaks away and eats the groups’ rations, but calmly denies it – even as Kobeni accuses her and Arai of conspiring against them. After Kobeni accidentally stabs Aki, she reluctantly helps stop the bleeding with her ability, though she notes it’s much harder to control other people’s blood. Once Denji engages the Eternity Devil, she comments that he might run out of blood before beating it but when he discovers his own blood consumption ability, she has nothing to do but wait for the three days it takes Denji to whittle down the Eternity Devil, after which she and the rest of the group left the Hotel.
Bomb Girl arc
After getting her blood drained Power makes a reappearance by tracking Denji’s scent to the coffee shop where he was waiting for Reze. She loudly announces her entrance through the door and sits next to Denji, noticing the flowers he had bought for Reze. When she inquires about them, Denji chooses to eat the flowers rather than give them to Power.
Control Devil arc
At her apartment, Makima reveals to Denji that she invited Power over and instructs him to open the door so she can kill Power. Denji is disturbed by this but complies with her order and opens the door to see Power outside with a birthday cake for him. Makima then brutally kills Power by pointing a finger at her and blasting her torso away, leaving her legs and head remaining. Her head and legs are later seen in the hallway alongside the rest of the followers. Following the events of Makima’s onslaught against Denji, Power was suddenly awoken by Pochita and asks her to save Denji. Rather confused, she was convinced that she had died from the hands of Makima prior, but Pochita reassures her that her consciousness had merely been transferred to Denji, due to her request of making him drink her blood. Pochita warns Power that even if she is a blood devil, she will soon disappear if Makima continues to kill Denji. The devil then offers itself as a sacrifice for Power to eat, so she can be revived and help Denji. Pochita asks her once again if she wants to save its owner, and to that, she confidently accepts, saying that Denji is her buddy, after all.
A few moments later, the newly revived Power emerges from Denji’s body, with her appearance completely changed into a more demon-like look, while also wearing a mask resembling that of Pochita. With Makima confused, she attacks Power but is immediately retaliated by an even stronger attack, thanks to the power boost that she had gotten from consuming Pochita. Makima then subdues her with her army of zombies, and shoots her right arm off, asking Power as to how she was still alive even though she had already been killed before. Power then tries to grab Denji’s body and escape, but her attempt was immediately shut down when Makima had shot her in the back, realizing that she had no chances of escaping. Makima proceeds to offer her a chance to give Denji’s body in exchange for making herself Makima’s pet again, to which Power happily proceeding to do so with no second thought. After a moment of silence, however, Power remembered the bond that she had made with Denji, and had instead, attacked Makima and ran away, while questioning herself as to why she disobeyed Makima’s order as she realized that she cannot beat her. Makima then orders her army of zombies to chase after her, and while most of the zombies had managed to injure Power, she eventually goes into a tight alleyway. While remembering her ideology of all life being unequally important, including hers, and that a person’s death is nothing to be sad about, Power proclaimed that Denji is the only exception, as he was her very first friend.
Having managed to escape Makima and her puppets, Power and Denji return to their normal form and find themselves inside of a dumpster container. Seeing as how Denji was alive and well, Power proceeded to hug him and say that she came to save him, to which Denji replied that he had already gotten to do everything that he wanted to do in his life and that it was okay for him to die permanently. Power then calls him an idiot and a wimp for trying to give up, and offers him her blood and make a contract to help in defeating Makima. Before disappearing, Power tells Denji that even if a devil dies, it’ll always just be revived in Hell and be reincarnated in the surface world again. She tells him that when that happens to her, she will lose all of her memory of Denji and their time together and that the next time they meet, they will be enemies. Power makes one final request for Denji to find the blood devil again and turn it back into the old Power so that they can continue to be buddies again. When Denji finally woke up, her body had disappeared and became a part of his body. Denji himself then mourns for her.
