A weak kid Denny Atlas was always picked on in school, and even after the school when he worked in the market. He also heard voices like her mother and grandmother before him. Her mother ended up killing herself because of those voices. But Danny being weak as he was, listened them and followed where the voices lead. He ended up with a box in his hands, and in that box was a mask, that transformed him into bird-headed half-god that was his birthright. He received incredible power and could now fly. But he still was an outcast.
