Origin
Prather is one of the Spider-Aliens who had kidnapped Aric of Dacia. Driven for revenge, Aric stole the X-O Manowar armor and destroyed the alien ship that held him captive. Now stranded on Earth with fellow aliens Lydia and Aristides, Prather needed the X-O Manowar armor back to build a new ship.
