Creation
President Martinez was created by Bryan Q. Miller and Jorge Jimenez. He first appeared in the Smallville: Season Eleven comic books. The president was mentioned in the finale episode of the TV series “Smallville” but was not seen.
Storyline
In the finale episode of the TV series “Smallville”, Lois Lane was on board of Air Force One and met the President.
More than six month later, Lois met President Martinez again but he ran away with his bodyguards.
