Princess Snow Kaguya

Princess Kaguya was originally part of the solar system and kept it frozen wasteland but 1.5 million years ago she was expelled from Earth by the light of the White Moon. She returned to Earth intending to reclaim it.  She appears as a maiden made of pure ice but her true form is a comet it self. Her powers are magic and ice based. She has the ability to create global blizzards, freeze the planet, entrap people in ice where they laid hypnotized in comatose,  and creat will-based constructs made of ice that have the ability to fly and use ice-based powers as well. She was able to wtihstand the combined attacks of the three outer-senshi Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. She was able to regenerate her self from ice shards. In the end she was defeated and completely destroyed by Super Sailor Moon.
