Principal McVicker is the principal of Highland High School in Highland, Texas.
He is constantly plagued by Beavis and Butt-Head who drive him to the brink of insanity and inadvertently end up ruining his life. He is always stressed out by the boys, who refer to him as Principal McDicker.
