A French scientist who developed the drug MPH which allowed humans super speed.
Origin
Henri Troyat discovered the formula for the drug which granted humans super speed, at first he could only grant a human speed for 60 seconds and it only made them faster than a car but as his experiments progressed they could surpass fight jets and eventually the sound barrier. He fled with his creation, feeling it was too much power for one person.
