An ancient alien supercomputer, Ra Moon arrived on Earth thousands of years ago, eventually influencing human culture to destroy itself. He remained inactive in the Temple of the Moon located in the Lafront Ruins in the Amazon jungle.
He was found by Dr. Wily. Ra Moon scanned his files and revived his destroyed Robot Masters.
