Major Story Arcs
Radiant Black #1 sees Eve attempting to balance her life as a streamer and her life as a superhero. While she is experiencing success raising money for charities, streaming, and being a superhero, she is seen burnt out. Her friend, Maddie is aiding in keeping up the ruse of separation (Eve is pretending as if she and Radiant Pink are different people), but this is frustrating for Maddie, as it is taking a toll on her as well.
While saving people at a hospital engulfed in flames, Eva meets an EMT named Kelly who helps save the hospital residents. Unfortunately, constant teleporting, along with a lack of sustenance and sleep, makes Eva’s portals less and less effective. After saving the final resident, Eva attempts to teleport herself and Kelly to the same location she took the hospital residents, but was unable to accomplish this. Instead, she accidentally teleported herself and Kelly to an unknown area.
Powers/ Abilities
Eva possesses the power of teleportation by way of portals. She is shown capable of teleporting multiple people at the same time. The duration and accuracy of her portals is affected by her level of energy (which is, in turn, effected by her nutrition and sleep) and the number of times she has utilized her powers recently.
