Origin
Penny Goode was originally a regular Catholic girl being taught by nuns. Her life was changed when she became the Torch of Liberty’s sidekick during the 1950’s. Her acrobatic skills & her unusal powers of being able to pick up radio signals lead her to become Radio Girl.
