Raikou was conceived by Walter Sampson and a Japanese Woman in secret when the two met in a Japanese embassy.
Growing up into being a formidable superhero, she was hired by the Arabian government to work for them as the a superhero in Dubai because of her connection to her father. she was then tasked to guard the super criminal Repro, who was trapped in suspended animation until one day she was attacked by Jason Hutchence, Chloe Sampson, Hutch and several other super criminals in order to breakout Repro. Although she initially had the upper-hand on most of her attackers, she was defeated after Repro was revived and used her own telepathic abilities against her, mentally incapacitating her.
Abilities
Super Strength – Raikou is shown to be capable of fighting evenly with the likes of Chloe Sampson, who was capable of creating craters on Mars with her strongest hits, and was easily capable of throwing around a ferry.
Super Speed – Raikou, while using her telepathy, was capable of reacting and deflecting several energy blasts from Jason Hutchence at super speeds
Superhuman Durability – Raikou has some degree of superhuman durability as shown when she was able to survive being slammed through several floors after being attacked by Chloe Sampson without showing any severe amount of damage.
Telepathy- Raikou was capable of trapping and incapacitating people in a fight by reconstructing their mental state.
Master Swordsman- Raikou was quite adept at using her swords in combat, capable of cutting through several branches of wood, mincing a dragon into multiple pieces and deflecting projectiles with them.
