Randall Crowley

Randall is an old acquaintance of Tara Fremont. He met her at the Academy in Florida, where he excelled in the creation of electronic gadgets. At this time Tara devoted herself to the environment. He became very rich by making a huge monster submarine, used in a film.   
 
In Femforce #4 he works for Stella Stargaze. She asked him to provide her with tigers, for her wardrobe. He’s then organized in expedition in a submarine and headed to Jungle Island for its poaching.
