While Ransome Sole is a member of the Neo, he chose not lead a life separate of them by running a night club and slave trade ring. While he claims that his specialty is physical combat, very little display or explanation is given for any powers he may have.

Ransome Sole was created by Chris Claremont and Adam Kubert in 2000 and first appeared in The Uncanny X-Men # 383.
