Raptor is an archaeologist professor possessed by an ancient spirit. In his new form Raptor possesses wing allowing him to fly, spike, claws and sharp teeth. He can release fire both from his mouth and hands. He could also locate his prey through sonar emissions and disrapt radio transmissions.
