History
The Rat King lived in the sewers underneath central park. He forced animals to steal for him until he was discovered by Eye-Boy and Nature Girl. His powers unfortunately worked on Nature Girl due to her strong links to the local wildlife and hypnotised her and the animals of central park to attacking Eye-Boy. Eye-Boy however broke the Rat Kings spells by removing his pan-pipes so that he could not control them anymore.

The Rat King can mentally control animals by playing music on his pan-pipes.
