Ratar-O is one of the Thundercats’ dedliest foes. He used to lead the Mutants until his own right-hand man Slithe took the leadership from him. He was summoned by Vultureman to lead the Mutants once again and they tried to use Snarf’ nephew as bait to lure the Thundercats and deal with them for once and for all.
