Ratserk is a close friend of Ryakar and a former member of the space-time police, a national body of the Black Dimension with the task to chase and capture the criminals who escaped into other worlds to avoid arrest. When the priestly class took the power, travelling between worlds has been declared illegal and Ratserk has been put in the lead of the Black Sentinels, a squad of warriors with the task to execute every being that comes to the Black Dimension from other worlds.
