Randy Fisk lives a double life. He always wanted to be a superhero, and when he became an adult, he began selling artwork earning enough money to finance the creation of his superhero identity.
Later Fisk became President of the United States.
Powers
According to Cathy Jean, Fisk’s power allows him to see things nobody else can and trail anyone he desires. He is also super-strong, sensitive to the electrical impulses and can fly.
