Rawhead was a religious terrorist, who blew up a nuclear plant in Kazakhstan. He did survive the explosion however, and became Rawhead. As Rawhead, he fought against Zen, who managed to defeat him by shoving a nuclear detenator in Rawhead’s guts. This explosion supposedly killed Rawhead.
