Rebel

Brief Intro

Rebel was the leader of a small and brief group of criminals involved in human trafficking, thievery and murder. They clashed with several Titans before Rebel was seemingly killed by a demon under the control of Dark Raven.

Not much is known about Rebel, but he is seen as a despicable person, but also looked at as someone who does what he is told and gets the job done.

Titans: The Darkening – Reign of Blood

Rebel and his team of “lawless misfits and miscreants” where first introduced in the pages of New Titans Issue 98. Where it is said they where provided costumes to resemble Titans by Elizabeth Alderman with the hopes that they would create bad press for the Titans.

During a short visit with Alderman we learn that Rebel and his team kidnapped a baby for sacrifice and that they are only working for Alderman to get money for what is presumed to be drugs.

Before they can finish there deal they are interrupted by Pantha who stops Rebel and his team from delivering the child to Alderman.

Titans: Aftermath – Chapter 3: The Changeling

We next see Rebel with his teammates: Riot, Blaster, and Napalm in New Titans Issue 101 where they are scene running away from cops and come into contact with a very unstable Changeling(Beast Boy). Who badly beats and scares the team into submission.

Titans: Original Sinn!

Shortly after Rebel and his teams run in with Changeling we find them robbing a subway car in New Titans Issue 102. Then suddenly a demon name Sinn summoned by Dark Raven crashes through the trains sealing and grabs a hold of Rebel. He is quickly thrown out of the train car into a wall presumably, but not confirmed, to his death.

The rest of his team is left on to the train and off panel also assumed to be killed at the hands of Sinn in front of other passengers.
