Captain Peter Hall served as a doctor in the US Army Medical Corps, but after Pearl Harbor was attacked, he swore and oath to watch over people and protect them, fighting uncivilized warfare. Serving in the Pacific theatre, he battles the Japs when they poison the drinking water of a native village and capture and torture Nurse Lucy Fuller, who was serving there with the Captain.
