Creation
This version of Red Hood is a native of Earth-3. Her first appearance was in Crime Syndicate #4 (2021). She is an alternate version of Harley Quinn.
Major Story Arcs
Red Hood is a member of the Legion of Justice who is said to be a wild card, although powerless which would prove to be her downfall in the fight with the Crime Syndicate when she would lose the ability to walk, (a likely parallel to Barbara Gordon‘s paralyzation in the Batman: The Killing Joke.) She started seeking out Earth-3’s version of the Joker for help after the death of many of her teammates. She was accompanied by Venus, Power Tower and Savanna.
