Red Locust was created by Mark Waid and Humberto Ramos and first appeared in the pages of Champions Vol.2 issue 9 (2017).
Inspired by El Chapulin Colorado.
Powers & Abilities
Red Locust possesses no superhuman abilities but her suit seems to enhance her agility and dexterity as she is able to leap great heights/distances without suffering any damage; she is first seen jumping over and onto a cab. Her suit suffers some minor damage from gunfire but seems resistant to damage, with limits.
