Mr. Charne could tamper with people’s minds. After he wound up placing both Glitter and Harlan Hackbarth into comas, he began an attempt to take over the Clinic of Paranormal Research. After inducing a stroke in the interim director of the facility, he was attacked by Mastodon and killed by one of Antibody’s manifestations.
