A cruel, analytical man, Borsten took responsibility for transporting Hex from the 19th century into the mid 21st century. Hex was briefly a prisoner at Borsten’s scientific research station, but managed to escape soon after. Borsten also had an ongoing feud with a hover cycle gang known as the Road Reapers.
