Origin
Theodore Bolton and Diana Bradley were both police lab technicians at the NYPD’s Code: Blue Advanced Weapon Technology. They were both suspended on allegations of theft of equipment and misuse of city grants.
They designed many things for Code: Blue and decided to use them for their own personal gain.
Equipment
Most of Ren-Tech’s weapons are too compact for the firepower they generate and usually require a remote power source located in a vehicle. Some such as their Electra-Force Gun do not require this external power source. They also carry standard weapons such as pistols.
They can communicate through Helmet Transmitters and use them to block other’s transmissions.
