Origin
Rex King is an adventure who is befriended in Borneo by a black panther whom he calls Kato; after King devises a costume he and Kato take down people exploiting the natives.
In his second adventure Rex King and the panther, now called Jet, continue their exploits in the Far East, only now he does it without the costume and is known as Rex King Adventurer.
Creators
No one knows who created Rex King, however his career as Black Fury didn’t last long, their already being two other characters by that name, to say nothing about the use of the name Kato. So after their first adventure they become the uncostumed Rex King and Jet.
