Creation
Rhinoblaster was originally created for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers season one. Unlike many of the other monsters from Power Rangers, Rhinoblaster does not have a Japanese counterpart, created as part of what is dubbed by fans as the “Zyu2” phase of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers in which new footage was created that used the original Power Ranger suits.
Rhinoblaster is voiced by Richard Epcar while the suit actor is unknown.
TV Show
Rhinoblaster made his first appearance in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers season one episode #58 as a monster of the week villain. After his initial defeat, Rhinoblaster has made several cameos as background characters in other seasons.
