A member of a group of Chinese heroes who called themselves the Zhuguan whose powers stem from a modified form of opium. Ri’s power is the ability to heal. Ri joined the Justice Society of America to help battle Dr. Chaos and Scythe in Monument Point. She along with other established super heroes stayed in Monument Point. She has not been elected as a full time member. As a member of the Justice Society, Ri used her healing powers to heal Lightning‘s body. After her body was healed, Lightning’s soul was able to return to her body.
