Creation
Riger was created by Roy Thomas and Mc Wyman in 1994 and first appeared in Thor # 475. Riger was created by the High Evolutionary to serve as a member of his Godpack team. Born of the Bio-Pool the High Evolutionary had constructed, he was stated to have been the weakest member of the Godpack.
