Mermen have the ability to shift parts of their body at will, usually to shift the size of the body parts, and Rikuo has mastered this ability beyond all mermen.
They can also control water and live underwater. Rikuo has fought in hand-to-hand combat for a while now, against various threats, supernatural and normal.
