River Lily is beautiful and deadly. She works for Chen Chang witch also makes her enemy of Richard Kendal. However she hates him even more for spurning her advances. She runs a ship on the Yangtze River called the Dragon Heart. The Dragon Heart is her base of operations and is used to pirate other ships on the river. Kendal was able to stop the Dragon Ship by setting up a decoy ship that fired on the Dragon Heart when is came to loot what they thought was a defenseless ship.
