Rocha Vaz is a millionaire that lives in a mansion with his daughter Rosinha (or Maria) Vaz and their butler Mordomo. He despises Zé, and wishes his daughter Rosinha would date Zé Galo instead. He even spearheads an organization of tax collectors against Zé, called ANACOZECA.
