A flying dog from Astro city Rocket Dog leaves behind him a trail similar to the one of a rocket (hence his name). Depiste have apparentely a dog like intelligence and behavior, Rocket Dog is smart enough to understand the difference between good and evil and help people (or other beings, included cats) when he is asked for help.
