Origin

A vampire who used the Queen to try to take over Markovia.  He is an adviser only known to her and set out to kill Brion Markov, Geo-Force, so he could have the crown of Markovia to himself.  He frames Geo-Force and the rest of the Outsiders for the Queen’s death and attacks Looker, drinking her blood and making the others think she is dead.  He continues to try and kill them from a distance.  He then moved his base to the underground world of Abyssia and took Looker as his queen.  They were using the Abyssian’s as food and the Outsiders found them.  They fought and he was eventually killed by Geo-Force in the fray.
