Roger Szothstromael was the son of the deamon Szothstromael. He was born looking completely human, but by his fifth birthday he was a full adult. After his birth Szothstromael himself was banished to another dimension by Tiger King. Roger however knew that he had four other half-siblings. From an early age he and his siblings were mentally aware of each other. As adults he sought his siblings out, and they worked to get their father out of the other dimension.

Things did not go well for Roger and his half-brother Raphael and he eventually killed him for his disagreements. Roger was the clear leader of the siblings and he and the others went on a killing spree with the exception of Valera who tried to stay low as her human side was stronger than the others. As they killed people they became more and more demonic. The murders of the family attracted the Ghost, and Tiger King who dispatched them with Tiger King’s magical blade. Valera herself turned on Roger and help strike him down.
