Rocky was a serial killer known as “The Slasher.” He was a wealthy man who worked for a big corporation. After killing a acquaintance of the Punisher, Frank found Rocky’s name written in blood next to the body. The Punisher then kidnaps Rocky’s boss and tries to trade him for Rocky. The meeting is broken up by a ninja who fights the Punisher and kills Rocky.
