Rose Carling-Wu was a long-time operative of Landau, Luckman & Lake and friend of Wolverine. She was a hybrid, with her father being an Earth human and her mother a humanoid from the Dimension of Shadows. Rose had minor shape-shifting powers. She was killed in her old age by orders of General Nguyen Ngoc Coy and Prince Baran. She was survived by her granddaughter Ruth.
