Rosemary

Origin

Rosemary worked as data analyst for the USA military, as well as working as a spy for the Patriots. One of her missions was to infiltrate the life of an important asset to the Patriots, an individual known as Jack, codename Raiden. Rose was to endear herself to Raiden and start a relationship. She tailored herself to his general preferences and her initiation and task succeeded, with the two growing close and intimate. However during this time Rosemary began to have sincere feelings and was put in a difficult position.

When the Sons of Liberty terrorist group, supposedly lead by Solid Snake (in fact Solidus Snake) laid assault to and seized the Big Shell offshore environmental facility, both Raiden and Rosemary to get involved with the operation tasked to address the terrorists. Raiden would receive assistance from one Iroquois Pliskin (Solid Snake) as well as Hal Emmerich (Otacon) and Emma Emmerich.

Creation

Rosemary is a fictional character created for the Metal Gear Solid franchise. She would first appear in the video game Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty released in 2001. Her character much like many of Metal Gear Solid’s was primary created by Hideo Kojima and Yoji Shinkawa. Rose would appear in the IDW comic book series that adapted the Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty story.

This series was written by writer Alex Garner and with art by artist Ashley Wood. The Metal Gear Solid franchise is created by Konami, and creators such as Hideo Kojima and Yoji Shinkawa.

Powers and Abilities

Rosemary possesses no significant powers or abilities, and has the physical abilities of a woman her size and age, who is healthy and in shape. She is a trained spy and data analyst.
