Rotten Kid was first seen saying that normalman’s costume was dumd. He later tried to sell him to the Ultra Conservative. He would later created  the A-Men, Tight Titans and Clone Kids (who are clones of each other) to destory the Justice League or Society for not letting him join (although he didn’t apply for membership). It’s revealed his uncle is the Ultra Conservative ! He aided his uncle in setting up a device that would destory norm, when he tried to go back to Arnold. But, he was killed by the undead Sgt. Fluffy (calling himself the “Dark Fluffy”).
