Rover is the family dog in the Higher Universe Comics series, Stargirl. Rover technically belongs to main character Lasha Trinity’s stepfather, but he treats Rover cruelly. Rover spends much of his time with Lasha.
Rover looks up to Lasha and thinks she’s the greatest. Rover acts as her friend, as well as her bodyguard.
Rover is good in a fight and knows how to use weapons. But his greatest trait is his complete loyalty.
