Ogama is a minor Monitor first seen in Final Crisis #1 plotting against the other Monitors.  In Final Crisis: Superman Beyond 3D #2, we learn that he is a thrall of Mandrakk the dark Monitor, as he proudly announces Mandrakk’s release.
In the end, Mandrakk is defeated and Rox Ogama is exiled by the other Monitors. Â This is, however, not the end of his schemes, as he is next seen corrupting Ultraman with Mandrakk’s blood.
